day 3 of 30DS
this will be a quick update since its 3AM and im still excited from the superbowl halftime show… but need to go to sleep.
after it was all said and done, and the Giants won out over the Pats… I was not in the mood to workout. So i procrastinated and time went on til it was about 11:30pm and I realized I still hadnt moved my ass… so i got up put on the video and did the best that I have done so far.
My stamina is really improving, im now sore in my calf muscles which make all the moves a little harder than before, and im doing amazingly well during the ab sections. all in all i feel my body ache many places which means its working…
